1. Reservations & Payments

• All bookings require valid ID and credit card guarantee
• Check-in: 8:00 AM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
• We accept mobile money, and cash (GHS)

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
• Late cancellations or no-shows incur charge of one night's stay
• Special event periods may have different cancellation terms

3. Hotel Policies

• No smoking in rooms (GH¢500 cleaning fee applies)
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Visitors must register at reception and depart by 10:00 PM
• Damage to property will be charged to guest's account
• Lost key fee: GH¢50

4. Liability

Sankofa Royal Hotel is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Vehicles parked on premises (secured parking available)
• Injuries occurring on property outside our reasonable control

Safe deposit boxes are available at reception.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ghanaian law. Any disputes shall be settled in Obuasi courts.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Current version always available on our website.
